Thus far, The Fiend has been protected in a pretty cool manner, kicking out from multiple finishers delivered by his opponents. I think that the next step to building The Fiend's aura and dominance could take us on a straight path to one Bill Goldberg, ladies, and gentlemen.
It is a rare sight indeed to see anyone at all kick out of a spear and a jackhammer, but if The Fiend is able to do that in Saudi Arabia, it would make him a formidable threat for whoever his opponent is at WrestleMania. In fact, if his opponent happens to be Roman Reigns, the Big Dog may be on the back foot considering that The Fiend has been able to kick out of spears galore.
And Goldberg can afford to lose this match, passing out to The Mandible Claw which is a very safe move to take. Sure, it may damage his sheen and his presence to a degree but I guess, at this point, Goldberg wants to lay down for the next generation.
