#4 Win the WWE Women's Tag Team titles
Bayley has the distinction of being in the record books twice regarding the Women's Tag Team titles. Along with her bestie Banks, the former Hugger is a part of the first-ever WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. That accolade cannot be erased or eclipsed. She's also in the record books for that Championship for being a two-time holder of the belts. Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss have also accomplished the feat of holding those titles twice.
Since she's been featured atop whichever brand she has been on much like Becky Lynch, Flair has rarely competed for the WWE Women's Tag Team belts. She did team with Lynch to oppose the Kabuki Warriors at one point but they fell to Kairi Sane and Asuka.

There's usually a big separation as to which stars compete for the main titles in WWE and which performers compete for tag team gold. While most of the women in WWE have competed for and/or won the tag team titles, Flair has usually spent her time battling for either the RAW or SmackDown Women's titles. It's just a sign of the hierarchy of Superstars within the WWE.
Competing for the tag titles is also a way to keep a top star active, like how both Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Banks have had runs in the division while not competing for a major singles title. You have to think that Flair will win the tag titles at some point in her career so that her WWE Hall of Fame resume will not have any unchecked boxes on it. It could even be a storyline of the one Championship that she hasn't won.
