#1 Hold the WWE RAW/SmackDown Women's Championship for over 200 days
Bayley's current reign as the SmackDown Women's Champion has eclipsed 260 days. Her prior run with the title after cashing in her briefcase lasted for 140 days. Charlotte Flair did have a combined title reign of over 300 days when she dethroned Nikki Bella as Divas Champion. WWE renamed the belt as the RAW Women's Championship after Flair won a Triple Threat at WM 32. She would hold the belt for another 113 days before she would enter in a series of trading the title with Sasha Banks.
After her first run as RAW Women's Champion, Flair's longest run on Monday as Champ on Monday nights was 58 days. She would eventually move over to SmackDown during one of the WWE Drafts. When she won the SmackDown Women's title for the first time, she enjoyed a reign of 147 days.

But once again, every ensuing run as the blue brand's Champion was extremely brief, even more so than when she was a part of RAW. Her other four runs with the top prize for the women on SmackDown lasted 28 days, 13 days, five minutes and 5 days respectively.
The constant turn around for Flair's runs as Champion is to fast-track her towards breaking her father's record of 16 World title reigns. She's currently sitting at 12 title wins in her entire NXT/WWE career. But even though she's had more title runs on RAW/SmackDown than any other woman on the roster, she still hasn't held either of those titles for over 200 days. The Role Model and former Hugger has.
