#4 Kane: Eeriness is something that Braun Strowman could master
The night Glenn Jacobs debuted with a character revamp as Kane truly brought about an eerie sense of déjà vu for many in the WWE Universe. The towering man ripping the hinges off the Hell in a Cell cage and confronting his brother The Undertaker was a sight to behold.
The well-designed mask added to the overall sense of foreboding and dark power that the new WWE Superstar known as Kane possessed. He went on to scale great heights of success in the pro wrestling realm, and in the ensuing years took of his mask; revealing his true face to the curious WWE Universe.
With or without his mask, whenever Kane was called upon by the WWE to portray a monstrous maniac, he’d go the extra mile and manage to strike fear in the hearts of even the most courageous individuals the world over. In fact, Kane was so very good at turning up the intensity of his character’s eeriness that despite often performing in comic angles during his WWE career, there’d be sudden changes in his on-screen character’s storyline trajectory which would inexplicably cause him to revisit his character’s true demonic avatar.
Make no mistake about it; Braun Strowman too is as intimidating and physically imposing as they come. However, The Monster Among Men could most definitely benefit by drawing inspiration from Kane’s uncanny ability to elicit a more visceral kind of fear in his opponents as well as the audience rather than just scare everyone with his physicality…
