Let's consider Matt Hardy as an example to make this point. Hardy, a man Wyatt teamed up with in the recent past, reinvented himself during his time in Impact Wrestling, to create the 'Broken' Universe. It became so over that for the first time in his career, he became more over than his brother. And then he arrived in WWE with the said gimmick.
Except in WWE, the gimmick was seriously watered down and diluted. We all know how creative Bray Wyatt is and he may face the same restrictions that Matt Hardy did. Moving to another promotion could let him unleash his creativity and let it flourish.
See who is stunned by Hulk Hogan's words HERE
We saw how Cody managed to reinvent himself outside the WWE and Wyatt, a man who's slipped down the ranks may choose to also do so. It's a definite possibility.
