#2. Chris Jericho has yet to hold the IWGP Heavyweight Championship
Who knows if fans will ever get to see this one or not. Chris Jericho returned to NJPW in 2018 and shocked the world when he faced the Best Bout Machine, Kenny Omega, at Wrestle Kingdom 12.
This turned heads as Jericho had appeared for WWE four months prior, and nobody ever thought that he'd work anywhere else.

In November of 2017, Chris Jericho appeared in a pre-taped vignette, calling out Kenny Omega ahead of Wrestle Kingdom 12. Billed as "Alpha vs Omega," it was his first NJPW match in twenty years and worth all the hype it had garnered. On Jan. 4, 2018, Kenny Omega retained his IWGP United States Championship against Jericho in what would later be rated a 5-star classic.

On June 9, 2019, he went after the IWGP Intercontinental Championship again, defeating Tetsuya Naito to capture it at Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall. A year later, Jericho challenged Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Sadly, Jericho lost.
Still, The Painmaker, Le Champion, whatever you want to call him, is near the top of his game. Should NJPW ever want to pull that trigger and put the IWGP Heavyweight Championship around Chris Jericho's waist, it definitely won't be received poorly.
