If Bobby Lashley becomes the new WWE Champion, his Hurt Business stablemates might grow jealous of his main event success. For a couple of months, tensions have been simmering within the stable, and things could blow up sooner than later. Consider the possibility Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin lose their RAW Tag Team Championships in the weeks heading to Fastlane 2021.
If this happens, Cedric Alexander might vent out his frustrations among other members of the stable. It might all lead to Alexander leaving the group and then asking Bobby Lashley for a shot at his title. The champion could readily accept the challenge, to teach Alexander a lesson at Fastlane 2021.
Just like Riddle, it's a given Alexander will not become the WWE Champion. Yet, it is the right opportunity to expose him to the main event scene. The build-up of the feud can feature a civil war within the stable, and the resulting match is bound to be great, considering the talents of both the Superstars.
