Maryse has appeared on RAW several times over the past five years and has always had a swerve up her sleeve.

Whilst the former Divas Champion appeared to be irked by her husband last week, that doesn't mean she would ever turn against him. That means it's likely that Maryse could tell her story to Edge this week on RAW, before attacking him to end the segment.

This story is supposed to be building towards a mixed tag team match between the four stars which could potentially take place at The Royal Rumble. This could be set up this week on RAW if Maryse makes the mistake of touching Edge.

The mixed tag team match between Nikki Bella, John Cena, Miz, and Maryse was built up this way when Maryse slapped John Cena and Nikki Bella came to his rescue.

It's an easy and predictable way to insert Maryse and Beth Phoenix into the feud, and it's likely that this is the route that WWE will take.
