#3 Fresh talents are elevated opposite Sasha Banks
While there is a lot of potential behind a Sasha Banks victory at Extreme Rules, Asuka could be left behind and be back among the shuffle on RAW. That would not be ideal, but the Empress of Tomorrow should eventually win back the RAW Women's Title from Banks if she does drop it to her.
In the meantime, however, it would be great to see The Legit Boss elevate some of the women on the Red brand as the Champion. She has never defended the RAW Women's Championship successfully during her previous four reigns, but this time could be different.

While Bayley keeps her belt against the likes of Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, and Mandy Rose, Sasha Banks could have tasty matches against budding Superstars like Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan. Very few women can elevate those around her like The Legit Boss can, as proven by her recent appearances on NXT.
She has arguably done a better job in the past couple of weeks in building the NXT women's division than Charlotte Flair did during her entire run as the NXT Women's Champion. Sasha Banks could have the same effect on RAW, leaving the Red brand's women's division in better shape than when Becky Lynch left.
