Ever since WWE has announced the return of Shawn Michaels for Monday Night RAW this week, one of the biggest questions among the fans has been - why Shawn Michaels instead of Triple H, the man who considers Ric Flair to be his mentor.

Last year, the entire storyline between Batista and Triple H on the Road to WrestleMania 35 started when the Animal attacked Ric Flair. The Nature Boy even helped Triple H win his match at the Show of Shows last year. Hence, it makes so much more sense for The Game to be the one to return and confront Randy Orton.

But what if that turns out to be the ultimate surprise? I can surely see Triple H returning alongside Shawn Michaels on Monday Night RAW this week. Both of them can even hype NXT TakeOver XXX, which will take place a night before SummerSlam 2020, and then proceed to confront and criticize Randy Orton. Triple H also shares a huge history with Randy Orton, two of them being part of the Evolution and also having several other rivalries.
