WWE started offering Money in the Bank Ladder matches to its female competitors in 2017. Carmella was the first victor but not the last. Since its inception, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Nikki A.S.H., and Asuka have all won the match.
Lynch competed in two MITB ladder matches (2017, 2018) but was unsuccessful in each contest. She held both RAW and SmackDown titles at the 2019 event but lost the latter to Flair.

Due to her dominance of singles divisions over the last few years, Lynch hasn't been placed in a MITB match. The same is true of Flair and Roman Reigns. It's hard for them to win a briefcase if they are already the Champion.
If Lynch loses the RAW Women's title at WrestleMania 38, she could participate in the 2022 Money in the Bank match. It would be a considerable change and instantly make her the favorite to win.
