WWE saw the debut of Alberto Del Rio on SmackDown in June 2010. Weeks of vignettes portrayed Del Rio as a rich Mexican aristocrat with his own personal ring announcer and a fleet of luxury cars.

When asked who came up with the aristocrat gimmick and the lavish automotive vehicles, Del Rio revealed it was all WWE's idea, except for the name:

"Well that was WWE. That's a multi-billion dollar company. They have the money to do things like that. I was lucky and blessed to be the one to bring Alberto Del Rio to life. It was all them, it was them creating everything. Everything but the name. The name, they gave me the option to decide the name I was going to use in WWE."

#3. Alberto Del Rio recalls wrestling WWE Hall of Famer Bret 'Hitman' Hart

Alberto Del Rio was asked which WWE Superstars from the Golden Generation he would have liked to step in the ring with.

Before answering that question, Alberto Del Rio recalled wrestling one of his childhood heroes, Bret 'Hitman' Hart:

"I had the privilege of wrestling against Bret "The Hitman" Hart, one of my idols. One of those wrestlers that i followed when i was a little kid."

Del Rio revealed just how special it was to share the ring with the WWE Hall of Famer. He stated that it truly was a dream come true to work with Hart:

"Having the opportunity of sharing the ring with one of your idols and someone so big and so amazing like Bret 'The Hitman' Hart, it was a dream come true."
