#3. Bobby Lashley responds to Goldberg's criticism of his WWE Championship reign so far

Goldberg has challenged Bobby Lashley to a WWE Championship match at SummerSlam

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg recently stated in an interview with WWE India that he felt Bobby Lashley wasn't representing the WWE Championship properly.

Whilst it's not exactly known what Goldberg meant by that statement, Sportskeeda's Rick Ucchino asked the All Mighty WWE Champion what he made of Goldberg's comments. Lashley was also asked to reflect on his WWE Championship reign so far:

"I've been doing it just the way it's supposed to be done. When you look at a champion and you look at someone that's representing that title, look no further. I fit the description, I put in the work and that's something you can't deny. Any other champion across any athletic event. You're going to want to know who the champion is and what work he put in for it. Nobody has out worked me."

Bobby Lashley captured his first WWE Championship in March on Monday Night RAW by defeating The Miz. Since capturing the title, Lashley has defended the WWE Championship against the likes of Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman and Kofi Kingston.
