#2 Liv Morgan on her recent momentum and desire to become WWE SmackDown Women's Champion
The WWE Universe has been vocal in the past about wanting to see Liv Morgan featured more prominently on WWE television.
When appearing in a significant spot on either RAW or SmackDown, she is often pushed back down the card, much to fans' frustration.
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
However, this seems to be changing in recent months. Morgan has become a more featured player on WWE SmackDown and had storylines with Carmella, Zelina Vega, and Sonya Deville.
Morgan admits there has been frustration with her booking in the past, but this new momentum does feel different:
"I feel like the past two years of my career, I've had moments where I feel like I've had so much momentum and I'm just about to break through and then I don't. I do feel this time is different. I like to think positively and I'm very glass half full. So when I look back, I'm like, maybe I wasn't as ready as I thought. And that's why I didn't break through. You know? Even though I wanted it just the same, maybe I just wasn't ready as a performer. But now I feel so much more well-rounded, that I'm just ready. I'm ready for that top spot. I'm ready to be that girl. So I definitely feel like after Money in the Bank, I'm just gonna keep the momentum going until I'm SmackDown Women's Champion," Morgan said.
#1 Liv Morgan on Becky Lynch predicting she would be a champion upon the latter's return
Current SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch returned to WWE to much adulation at SummerSlam in August.
Upon The Man's return, a clip of Lynch speaking to Liv Morgan backstage after announcing that she was pregnant went viral on social media.
In the clip, The Man can be seen telling the former Riott Squad member that she would be a champion when Lynch returned to WWE after her pregnancy.
The prediction unfortunately did not come to pass. Liv Morgan was asked about the moment and any frustration that she didn't meet Becky Lynch's expectations.
Morgan stated that she will fulfill Lynch's wish and may even be the one to take the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship away from The Man:
"Not that I'm disappointing Becky, but just to know that was an expectation and I didn't meet it. But I know I will meet it, eventually. I'd love to prove her right and to prove her wrong. And I'd love to take the title from Becky," Liv said.
