Arguably the biggest match of this year’s WWE NXT TakeOver: WarGames will see The Undisputed ERA compete against The Kings of NXT. The new faction, consisting of Pat McAfee, Pete Dunne, Danny Burch, and Oney Lorcan, will compete against Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O’Reilly inside the WarGames cage.

The Undisputed ERA has been able to make themselves a top faction in WWE over the past three years. However, NXT could be looking to move the faction to some other brand and build a new faction on the Black & Gold brand.

At TakeOver: Wargames, NXT must allow the new faction to defeat Undisputed ERA to make a mark on their first combined outing. Pat McAfee and his new faction will be competing together for the first time in NXT, and they have already made big claims of being the best four-men faction in all of WWE.

If WWE is looking to build the Kings of NXT as a future force in the company, NXT must allow them to win their first match against the current top faction on the brand. Dunne, Burch, and Lorcan are the rising stars of WWE, and a victory for their faction will allow them to push ahead as top threats following their heel turn.
