Roman Reigns will likely issue an open challenge on WWE SmackDown this week. Paul Heyman has already issued a challenge on his behalf, and Reigns will likely talk about the same during a promo along with a SmackDown Tag Team Championship opportunity for The Usos.

The Tribal Chief beat up Rey Mysterio last week and embarrassed him by choking him out not once but twice. He then wished Rey a Happy Father's Day to add insult to injury.

Therefore, WWE must allow Rey’s son Dominik Mysterio to answer Reigns’ challenge to a match. Dominik was already engaged in a top-tier rivalry with Seth Rollins last year, and he could have another short feud with The Tribal Chief.

Reigns must then laugh off Dominik before being attacked by the younger Mysterio later on in the show. This could force The Tribal Chief to accept the challenge and then destroy Dominik later in the night.

Rey has already given a good match to Reigns, and Dominik could end up doing the same. It will help Reigns to get more heat for his character before a babyface is finally able to defeat him at a later date.
