Samoa Joe’s return to WWE NXT has changed the entire landscape of the brand. Joe returned to NXT on the June 15th episode of the show and became the special enforcer on the brand.

Soon after, Joe started having a few intense face-offs with active wrestlers on NXT, including the NXT Champion Karrion Kross. A few weeks ago, Kross took out The Samoan Submission Machine with a Kross Jacket.

Last week, Joe resigned from his backstage role on NXT and became an active member of the roster once again. He then demanded a match against Kross for the NXT Championship, and the NXT General Manager obliged.

Karrion Kross was missing from NXT last week but WWE must allow the champion to appear this week. He must come out and talk down The Samoan Submission Machine to build towards their match for TakeOver: 36.

Joe must then come out to confront The Herald of Doomsday before the two men nearly come to blows. However, WWE must ensure that they do not exchange too many strikes and save all the action for the upcoming TakeOver event.
