After winning the WWE NXT Dusty Rhodes Classic, Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez have been on top of their game. The two women have proven that they are among the best tag teams in WWE and got a shot at the Women’s Tag Team Championships last week.

While Gonzalez was able to overpower both Baszler and Jax during the contest, a wrong call from the referee led to Baszler and Jax retaining their titles. William Regal was visibly not happy with what went down and had an intense discussion with Adam Pearce backstage.

Later on, Regal revealed that he would make a monumental announcement on WWE NXT this week. The announcement will be regarding the Women’s Tag Team Championship match and anything can possibly be announced.

This week, Gonzalez and Kai must be given a chance to regain a match for the titles after being robbed of a big opportunity. The two women must invade WWE RAW and attack Baszler and Jax to get back in the title picture.

Giving Kai and Gonzalez a chance to invade WWE RAW will give the company a way to get them more exposure and also build towards a bigger title match that could take place at WrestleMania 37.
