#4 Asuka decides to give The Queen a chance
Asuka has been one of the star performers in WWE during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Emperess won the Money in the Bank briefcase by defeating five other women, and was deservingly crowned the RAW Women's Champion after Becky Lynch relinquished her title to become a mother.
Nia Jax was the first to confront The Empress as the two women began their rivalry for the RAW Women’s Championship. In the meantime, Asuka had a couple of matches against Charlotte Flair but lost both the matches to the former NXT Women’s Champion.
At WWE Backlash, Asuka was able to retain her title against Nia Jax, overcoming her first hurdle as the new RAW Women’s Champion even though their rivalry seem far from over. While she is a dominant Superstar, her losses to Flair has affected her overall value as the Red brand’s Champion.
Asuka needs to become the best on WWE RAW again
To show that she is not just an average Champion who can be beaten by The Queen of WWE, Asuka must issue a challenge to Flair herself on this week’s WWE RAW.
Flair has recently lost her NXT Women’s Championship and will be looking to settle on RAW once again. The Empress, on the other hand, has defeated all her challengers but hasn’t managed to defeat Flair yet.
The two can develop their rivalry up until WWE Extreme Rules where they can have a showdown with Asuka’s title and reputation on the line.
