Last week on NXT, Leon Ruff shocked the entire WWE Universe with the heist of the century. Ruff pinned Johnny Gargano clean in the middle of the ring to not only win his first WWE match but also win the NXT North American Championship in the process.

Ruff’s victory came out of the blue but confirmed that Gargano is indeed cursed when it comes to title defenses. However, The Rebel Heart is unlikely go down without a fight and could demand a rematch this week.

While William Regal could give Gargano a shot at Ruff, Damian Priest could help Ruff pick up another victory over Gargano.

Not only will this allow Ruff to make a huge first title defense and possibly take Gargano out of title contention for some time, but it will let Priest to continue his rivalry with The Rebel Heart.

The Archer of Infamy seems to have finally turned face after he awarded the title to Ruff last week, and we could get to see a new side of him against Gargano in the weeks to come.
