#1 RETRIBUTION introduce their leader at WWE Clash of Champions

One thing a lot of fans and ex-Superstars have pointed out is that RETRIBUTION are missing star power. While hardcore WWE fans are familiar with the RETRIBUTION members and their work in NXT, the wider WWE audience will mostly be seeing them for the first time on RAW. The storyline hasn’t really landed well so far but it can definitely be turned around.
One way WWE could do it is to have an established main roster star be revealed as their leader and the brains behind the whole operation at WWE Clash of Champions. Someone like Samoa Joe definitely fits the bill. Mia Yim did Tweet this GIF of Samoa Joe on Twitter, but it’s probably not related to what WWE has planned:

Another way WWE could do it is to reveal that Shane McMahon is the man behind RETRIBUTION at WWE Clash of Champions. That could also be used to explain why they were given WWE contracts despite creative havoc for the last couple of months. Shane could explain this by saying that he plans to use RETRIBUTION to mold RAW in a way he sees fit.
