#1. WWE is planning to grow its roster with a particular focus on women
WWE has female superstars from many countries, including Japan, China, The United Kingdom, and Australia. Nonetheless, the company is still planning to add more female talent to its roster.
In an interview with Indian Express earlier this year, Stephanie McMahon spoke about WWE having female talent from all over the world.

"We are always looking for the best – both men and women. Right now, we have women from 14 different countries and we are really proud about that. We have women from Australia, Canada, Chile, the UK, India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Moldova, New Zealand, Scotland, Wales, and China," she said.
The Chief Brand Officer then praised Xia Li for coming to the United States to join WWE despite her parents not supporting her, revealing that the company sees big things for Li in the future.
Stephanie also pointed out that WWE now has Kavita Devi, the first Indian female superstar, and is still looking for more talent from the country.
"From India we have Kavita Devi, but we are certainly looking for more talent from the country. We will continue to grow the roster with a particular focus on women," she added.
Despite Stephanie's comments about growing the roster, WWE has released many of its superstars in the past few months, including several female wrestlers from the main roster and NXT. WWE's latest release spree came a few days ago and included 18 superstars, from which ten were female.
