Stone Cold has donned the referee's role in the past

RAW has two big matches slated for WrestleMania 36, which includes the huge match between Drew McIntyre and Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship, as well as Becky Lynch defending her RAW Women's Championship against Shayna Baszler.

WWE could possibly be bringing Stone Cold back for him to be a special guest referee for one of those two matches at The Show of Shows. Austin has been a special guest referee for big matches in the past, and adding him to a match could elevate it further.

We could perhaps see Austin be the host for a segment on RAW to hype up one of the two matches. And, as we have seen in the past, these feuds can get quite animated, with punches thrown. Austin could maybe split the two up, and announce that a big match like WrestleMania needs to be officiated by someone like him, before inserting himself as the special guest referee.

This would certainly be a good move by WWE, to get people more invested in the match.
