Although Stone Cold Steve Austin makes rare appearances on WWE television these days, one of his signature moves, the Stunner, is still being used often. RAW Superstar Kevin Owens has been using the move.
Owens has been in a feud with Seth Rollins' faction on RAW, and there's a big chance that he could team up with Austin to attack Rollins and co. We could even see a potential double stunner on RAW, with Owens and Austin performing it at the same time.
Owens spoke about how he requested Austin to use the move, and the WWE Hall of Famer was glad that someone asked him.
You know, me giving him the respect of it but more than anything, he was happy that someone asked him because he's like, 'You want to use it as a finisher ?' I'm like, 'Yes'. He's like, 'God, it's about time; I can't believe nobody's tried this yet. I can't believe no one had come and asked about using the stunner as a finisher. It's a great finish, like, why not?'
