Vince McMahon is always viewed as by many people as "intimidating". Going back to Bubba Ray Dudley, he's stated that he's seen grown men who were big in size stand outside McMahon's office and have second thoughts before even entering.
McMahon doesn't like to consider himself intimidating, and reportedly gets annoyed if you call him that. However, superstars like Dean Ambrose who have a great relationship with him would beg to differ.
