#3 Teases retirement, then inserts himself into the MITB match
This past week on Friday Night SmackDown, WWE announced that this year's Money in the Bank matches will have a unique twist as they will take place at the WWE Headquarters. The Superstars will start from the ground floor of the building and the briefcase and the contract will be hanging on the roof of the Titan Towers.
After revealing this news, the commentary team of Michael Cole and Corey Graves unexpectedly mentioned the name of Triple H by revealing the fact that he has never won the MITB match. Was this a subtle hint that the Game could get himself involved in the match?
In last year's WWE Network special "Triple H's road to WrestleMania - Creation & Destruction", the Game hinted that he might hang up his boots soon. With him not having any match on this year's WrestleMania either, the talks of his retirement resurfaced again.
This coming Friday, the Cerebral Assassin can come out and tease a retirement during his promo. Only for him to reveal a major twist and enter himself into the Money in the Bank match. Of course, the chances of him winning the MITB briefcase are low but never say never in this business. The involvement of someone like him would surely bring more eyes to the match!
