Look, the vest and jeans suited Ambrose for a long time, but it’s time to freshen things up a little bit. It’s obvious that the gear he’s currently in is restricting him from doing certain things in terms of his actual wrestling work, and that’s a big problem when you consider how many quality wrestlers there are on both Raw and SmackDown Live right now.

If you go back and watch some of his work prior to his singles, run he looks ten times better and more confident, which isn’t exactly a shock to us. Plus, it just feels a little played out at this point, and it could provide Dean with something of a challenge in terms of getting himself over again in an entirely new kind of gimmick.
