#3 Austin Theory gets his hands on Ciampa

Last week, fans were pumped to finally see Austin Theory back in the ring for a match at Full Sail University. However, a bitter Tommaso Ciampa made his way put before Theory’s opponent could come out.

Ciampa asked Theory to stay out of it and then addressed Johnny Gargano and the NXT Universe regarding his NXT Championship match at TakeOver: Portland and Gargano’s actions.

Before he could end his promo, Theory got fed up and attacked the former NXT Champion , which ended up costing the newcomer. Ciampa laid waste to Theory and ended his promo before leaving.

This week, NXT should give Theory a chance to redeem himself in the match against The Psycho Killer. Ciampa is an outstanding athlete who can give Theory the match of his career and allow him to get a push out of it even in defeat.

This will allow Ciampa to vent his frustration before finally coming face to face with Gargano, and allow Theory another big match after his outstanding performance against Roderick Strong a couple of months ago.
