#1 Dolph Ziggler progresses as the final MITB entrant

Ziggler needs to retain his value by winning the match

Otis and Dolph Ziggler have had a long-running rivalry now, and the two men had a good match at WrestleMania 36 to settle the differences. Otis got the win and the girl at the end of the bout as Mandy Rose is now on Otis’ corner rather than Ziggler’s.

This week, the two men will have to come face to face once again and have a big prize on the line during the match. With five spots in the Money in the Bank ladder match already occupied, the two men will battle for the final spot in the match.

Even though Otis got the win at WrestleMania, WWE must allow Sonya Deville to cause some sort of distraction leading to Otis’ loss in the match. Ziggler is a far more experienced player who has had a lot of experience in the MITB matches and even won the briefcase once.

Ladder matches are always better with an athletic Superstar involved, and Ziggler is the more athletic Superstar out of the two who could make the match at the pay-per-view even better. Apart from that, King Corbin is the only heel in the match currently and WWE needs to add at least one more heel to the match to make things equal.
