The WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre, has been looking to show why he deserved to become the top champion long ago by dominating whoever comes in his path. After defeating Brock Lesnar for the title, McIntyre has run through WWE’s old and new Superstars to prove his point time and time again.

Last week, McIntyre destroyed Angel Garza and Austin Theory before squaring off in a match against United States Champion, Andrade. McIntyre was able to blow Andrade’s head off with a Claymore Kick, after which he challenged SmackDown’s King Corbin for a match this week.

Corbin has been building as one of the top heels in WWE for some time now, but he has failed to perform whenever it has mattered the most. Keeping that in mind, McIntyre must be allowed to overcome another top heel this Monday Night.

The former tag team partners will look to go one-up over each other, and WWE must allow The Scottish Psychopath to dominate the King before blasting him with a Claymore Kick to pick up the victory.

WWE is looking to build the next face of RAW after the departure of Becky Lynch, so successive dominating victories by McIntyre can help him develop into the top face of the company.
