An epic match between Charlotte Flair and Io Shirai for the NXT Women’s Championship a couple of weeks ago ended when The Queen of WWE decided to use the kendo stick on Shirai, causing a disqualification.

The Genius of the Sky had The Queen on the ropes and this prompted the most decorated female Superstar in WWE to resort to illegal means. After the match, Rhea Ripley returned to help Shirai fend off an attack from Flair, but Shirai wasn’t too happy with Ripley’s return.

The stakes will be high as The Nightmare and The Genius do battle on WWE NXT

This week, WWE will allow Ripley and Shirai to settle their differences in the ring via a one-on-one match. While the stakes are extremely high in this match, interference from The Queen of NXT cannot be overlooked.

With that in mind, WWE must allow this match to end in a no-contest to protect both the women involved after Flair appears to beat down both WWE Superstars.

This will help Shirai and Ripley to mount a case for another shot at the title, and give WWE a chance to build towards a big NXT Women’s Championship match for TakeOver: In Your House. A Triple Threat Match between these three top women of WWE can potentially steal the night!
