#5 The Miz must win the briefcase

The time wasn't right then, it is now
The time wasn't right then, it is now

The Miz has already won the Money in the Bank briefcase back in 2010. He cashed in on Randy Orton and even main-evented Wrestlemania 27 against John Cena. However, his entire run as champion was ruined by inconsistent booking and he was placed in the background of the Wrestlemania main event, which instead focused on building the rivalry between John Cena and The Rock.

Fast forward to today and The Miz is one of the most valued superstars on WWE's roster. He has embarked on a fantastic run ever since his viral rant on Talking Smack. Not only has he managed to improve his superlative mic skills, he has also become an extremely skilled in-ring worker, regularly putting on entertaining matches. In addition to being the MVP of Raw and Smackdown Live, he also brought back prestige and importance to the Intercontinental Championship.

The Miz must be rewarded for his fantastic work and dedication to the company by being given a sustained run in the main event. That run can begin by winning the Money in the Bank briefcase. The odds are also in his favor, as WWE is often fond of making their pick for the match appear weak, and if the last episode of Smackdown Live is anything to go by, we know exactly who will be winning the ladder match on June 17th.
