5 things that need to happen on Raw this week (30 April 2018) 

#5 Reigns vs. Lesnar concludes

Reigns vs. Lesnar has no more narrative to cover.

WWE knew that Reigns had no chance of being heralded as the WWE Universe's hero by defeating Lesnar at WrestleMania. Thus they delayed his crowning victory at "the showcase of the immortals."

Therefore, many thought the Reigns vs. Lesnar rematch at the Greatest Royal Rumble event meant that WWE would finally be concluding one of the most repetitive championship storylines in the company today.

Moreover, many predicted that it would end with Reigns defeating Lesnar for the Universal Title in front of a more kayfabe inclined crowd.

However, WWE once again shocked fans by having Lesnar win controversially. Whether WWE is building a storyline where Reigns captures the Universal Title at the most opportune time, or they are building this narrative in such a way where wrestling fans would not be able to predict the end Lesnar's reign, this narrative needs to conclude.

Therefore, this week on Raw, either Reigns goes in a new direction, or Lesnar gets a new challenger, WWE needs to separate these two men from each other.

As it is only proving to drag down aw’s main event scene, it is doing nothing for Reigns struggling character, and it is not adding prestige to an already overlooked Universal Title.
