#5 The final buildup for Chris Jericho vs Adam "Hangman" Page heading into All Out
Chris Jericho and Adam "Hangman" Page will be headlining All Out to crown our first AEW World Heavyweight Champion. With Jon Moxley entering the mix, we haven't seen much of a build for this match outside of the planted seeds at Double or Nothing. This is a little disappointing, but I look for this aspect to change drastically starting with Fight for the Fallen, this Saturday night.
Chris Jericho and Adam Page are going to tear the house down at the Sears Centre arena. Jericho is the veteran who hasn't lost a step and has gotten better with age, in my opinion. I look at Jericho doing for AEW what Shawn Michaels did for WWE in his comeback between 2002-2010. He's going to be their catalyst to build the stars up, have amazing feuds, matches and be their cornerstone or go-to guy. Page has the makings of a World Champion and deserves that right. He is extremely talented, athletic, and has a load of charisma to back it up.
Chris Jericho is slated to make an appearance at Fight for the Fallen. I would love for him to cut a big promo on Adam Page, call him out, have the two men exchange some words and get into a little scuffle before it's broken up by AEW officials. This match needs to have a big fight feel to it. On paper, we know what to expect from them inside the squared circle. However, we need to feel emotionally invested in their storyline. That's what I would love to see starting at Fight for the Fallen.
