The Question is whether Ronda Rousey should become champion. The answer is no, as it's not the time for her to win the title.
Ronda has had one televised match and that was the very good debut match she had at WrestleMania. She's wrestled a few house show matches since then, but that's it. It's almost guaranteed that Rousey will become a champion at some point in her career, but not now.
The match should end in a double DQ. If Jax were to lose, it'll make her look weak and the same for Rousey. If WWE were to have them face again, SummerSlam would be a perfect place to have it at.
