Will we have new SmackDown Tag Team Champions?
The New Day are set to defend their SmackDown Tag Team Championships against the reunited team of The Miz and John Morrison. Big E and Kofi Kingston will look to retain their gold against Miz and Morrison but it would work better for everyone if heels walk out of the Super ShowDown as the newly crowned Tag Team Champions of the blue brand.

Miz and Morrison battled against the top teams of SmackDown to earn a shot at the Tag Team titles. They are relatively fresh together and are brilliant on the mic which makes for good reasons to have them reside at the top of the tag team division for a while.

Considering the fact that The Usos have returned, the Heavy Machinery is enjoying great momentum, and Big E and Kofi Kingston being solely focused on tag team competition, SmackDown has the perfect opportunity to script great rivalries in the tag team division. In that case, having the titles on The Miz and Morrison will help the creatives in avoiding the repeated narrations involving the above-mentioned teams.
