After losing all matches since his induction into the MITB Ladder match, Bobby Roode had a gigantic opponent in Braun Strowman this week. You are obviously not a favorite when you are going head to head with The Monster Among Men, however, considering Roode's recent form with losses to Elias and Kevin Owens, one would expect The Glorious One to put up a memorable performance against Strowman.

Roode came off as a weak competitor for the MITB briefcase yet again after Strowman dominated him in their singles match tonight. Not saying that Roode had to win to prove that he should be taken seriously but a performance similar to that of Balor's two weeks ago would have gotten the crowd buzzing and behind him for his ladder match in two weeks.

Kishan Prasad
Kishan is a WWE writer at Sportskeeda Wrestling and has been associated with the division for 8.5 years. Even though he doesn't work at Sportskeeda on a full-time basis, writing about wrestling keeps his passion for the sport alive. He reports on important updates from wrestlers and rumors from trustworthy sources.
Kishan recalls the best match he witnessed when he was just 6 – the Hell in a Cell Match at Armageddon 2000. Watching the six men push each other to their limits and then some made him realize how incredible pro wrestling is.
He graduated as a Chemical Engineer a few years before he began his journey with Sportskeeda. A couple of years as a non-contracted writer for the website became a full-time opportunity that included managing the pro wrestling division.
Kishan's favorite wrestler is Triple H, as he can pull him into any storyline. In today's era, one can call him a Seth "Freakin" Rollins fan for the same reason. When he is not writing for Sportskeeda, Kishan works as a digital marketing professional.
