The Elite might go where they truly belong

The Elite are truly the best trio in professional wrestling today. They have been killing it in NJPW with their skills, talent and charisma. The main reason NJPW is getting better is this trio.

The trio consisting of Young Bucks and Kenny Omega have truly been the best. The Young Bucks hold the IWGP Tag Team Titles, ROH World 6 Man Tag Team Championship (with Cody) and Never Openweight 6 Man Tag Team Titles (with Marty Scurll) while Kenny Omega holds the IWGP Heavyweight Title.

There is nothing left for the trio to prove on the independent wrestling circuit. Kenny Omega has shown interest in joining WWE, The Young Bucks haven't. But the fact is everyone wants to join the largest promotion in the world, and The Elite might fly from Japan to WWE.

However, it is not possible for them to join WWE in 2018 as they are currently under contract with NJPW till January 2019.

If they all plan to join WWE, The Best Bout Machine might be seen as a surprise entrant in the 2019 Royal Rumble just like AJ Styles in 2016, and The Young Bucks would chase the Tag Team Championship later on. But for that, we need to wait till 2019!
