Someone more deserving could have broken the streak

We’ve heard it time and time again. Brock Lesnar was the 1 in 21-1 and is now the 1 in 23-1. He broke The Undertaker’s undefeated reign at Wrestlemania and went on to be booked as the unbeatable monster we see today. Although Brock Lesnar certainly has the physique, the background, and the legitimate fighting skills to be the man who broke the legendary ‘Streak’, we really wonder if it was the right choice.

The Wrestlemania brand was built around ‘The Streak’, and having a part time wrestler go over The Undertaker, who has been one of the most central figures in sports entertainment, seems poor judgement. The company may have been better served by having a younger, full-time star be the one to go over The Phenom.
As we’ve heard many times, The Undertaker is a company guy and would have done the job, for a promising superstar.
