#2 Better define the roles of heels and babyfaces
Just by taking a cursory glance at NXT and the main roster, it is quite easy to tell that the roles of heels and babyfaces are considerably more clear-cut on NXT than they are on Raw or Smackdown Live. These Superstars obviously switch sides from time-to-time, but fans know exactly whom to cheer for and whom to boo week in, week out.
NXT talents such as Bobby Roode, Bayley, Shinsuke Nakamura and Sami Zayn have all struggled on the main roster. It has taken them time to find their footing, as the traits of their character become more blurred on the main roster than they are on NXT. Expect Triple H to intervene and define these roles better when he assumes control of WWE. A perfect example of this is Bo Dallas going from a bland babyface to a grating heel that ruled over NXT for months. This kind of character transition is relatively lacking on the main roster but expect that to change once The Game has the keys to the kingdom.
