WWE has already been teasing the debut of women's tag team titles for a long time. In fact, the titles were rumored to launch at WWE Evolution PPV, but seeing the dwindling ratings of both brands WWE might have postponed them.

And as the Royal Rumble PPV is just a few weeks away, so what could be a better timing than this to introduce the women's tag team titles? I mean, this will be the next big step for the Women's Evolution. And Vince McMahon introducing them personally next week on Raw will be Great!
