#3 – More creative control

Creative control is something WWE does not offer its superstars. While a little input here and there is fine, the majority of the decisions are taken by the creative team and Vince McMahon.

Kenny Omega spoke about this as one of the main reasons why he opted to move to All Elite Wrestling instead of WWE recently. This has been the case in the past too as Cody Rhodes revealed that he had pitched several ideas to the creative including playing as StarDust on one brand and Cody Rhodes on the other.

“At one point the plan was for me to be Stardust on one brand, and Cody Rhodes on another brand. I thought that was a really great idea. Absolutely wanted to do it! Everybody wanted to do it except for one person who will remain nameless, but that one person has the main vote.” said Cody.

Dean Ambrose reportedly in unhappy with the way his character has been booked and giving him a little freedom with that could go a long way in keeping him in WWE.
