The episode of the show was very entertaining, and it featured Lynch and Austin chatting about Lynch's rise in WWE. The two also competed in a game of ax throwing, sampled food cart fare, and rode ATV's through the hills of Los Angeles.

#5 The Man hits one heck of a stunner
This week's episode of "Straight Up Steve Austin" was capped off by a moment many fans did not see coming, as The Man Becky Lynch hit Steve Austin with a monster Stunner to end the show.
The final moments of the show saw Steve Austin ask Becky Lynch if she wanted to have a beer with him, and The Man obliged. However, after just one sip, Lynch hit Austin with his own finishing move, and warned Austin that is what happens "when The Man comes around."
Many fans saw the moment as a passing of the torch, so to speak, as Austin had a wrestling ring constructed for the segment on the show, and invited Lynch to step into the ring with him.
The two chatted a bit before Austin offered to make a toast with the Raw Women's Champion, and following the toast, Lynch ended the show by hitting the stunner.
It was clear throughout the episode that Steve Austin is a big fan of Becky Lynch's work, and even agreed with a popular fan opinion that Lynch as The Man is very similar to the classic feel of the Stone Cold Steve Austin character during his heyday.
#4 Becky Lynch is a vegetarian
During this week's episode of "Straight Up Steve Austin", it was revealed that Becky Lynch is a vegetarian, which prompted Austin to bring Lynch to a vegetarian food cart.
The two sampled buffalo cauliflower wings, vegetarian pulled pork sandwiches, and more, and while Austin admitted he would rather be eating real pulled pork sandwiches, he seemed to enjoy the vegetarian options.
As for Becky Lynch, she opened up more about her real-life relationship with Seth Rollins, and the show was likely taped prior to the big announcement that Lynch and Rollins are now engaged to be married.
Lynch noted that Rollins is not a vegetarian, and that when the two are on the road, it can be difficult to plan out their meals together. Lynch said that Rollins usually prepares his meals ahead of time, and the two make their different eating habits work by accommodating each other's needs.
#3 "The Man" was birthed from a fluke Instagram post
During this week's episode of "Straight Up Steve Austin", show host Steve Austin heaped praise on Becky Lynch's character of The Man, and asked her about the origins of the character.
Austin asked how Lynch presented the character to WWE higher-ups, and how hard she had to work to push the idea through, but to Austin's surprise, Becky Lynch admitted it all happened after a chance post on Instagram.
Lynch said she posted something about being "The Man" in WWE on Instagram one day, and when the phrase caught on, WWE officials just went with it and the concept became the basis for Lynch's rejuvenated character on the main roster.
Lynch said she knew the character was really taking off in WWE when officials informed her she would be getting her own "The Man" t-shirt, and it felt great to have landed on the new character concept.
#2 Becky Lynch has total control of her own social media
When WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin was dominating the pro wrestling world on WWE TV every week, social media was not being used by wrestlers to help further their storylines and characters.
Things have changed since Austin ruled the world, and Becky Lynch has become one of the most ruthless WWE stars on social media, calling out talents and extending heated TV rivalries to social media platforms.
Steve Austin asked Becky Lynch on "Straight Up Steve Austin" this week how involved she is in her own social media posting, and Lynch admitted she is "obsessed" with it.
Lynch said sometimes her comments on Twitter come to her instantly, while other times she will obsess about a post for hours, maybe even a whole day, and might wake up in the middle of the night in order to jot down post ideas.
#1 Becky Lynch travels with two top names
During this week's episode of "Straight Up Steve Austin", The WWE Hall of Famer and The Man chatted about life on the road, and specifically talked about Lynch's diet and training habits while on a busy WWE road schedule.
The Man revealed that while on the road with WWE, she travels with her fiancee Seth Rollins, along with former Tag Team Champion Cesaro.
The three make for an interesting traveling team on the road, as all three take their diet and exercise regimens very seriously.
It has been well-established in the past that Seth Rollins is a big fan of CrossFit, and Lynch admitted she is also a big CrossFit fan, making it ideal to workout with both Rollins and Cesaro.
