Rey Mysterio and The Miz

Rey Mysterio returned to WWE, and onto its SmackDown brand after four years. Coming from the long break, he booked his place in WWE Crown Jewel's World Cup tournament.

Recently on the blue brand, WWE gave us a little preview of what will go down in the upcoming tournament, as Mysterio took on The Miz in a match. Rey is scheduled to face Randy Orton in a World Cup quarterfinal match, while The Miz will face Jeff Hardy to qualify into the semi-finals.

Rey and Miz both probably will qualify, and will battle each other in the semi-final match, and The Miz will beat Mysterio by using some kind of cheap shot to move into final, eventually setting up a future feud between them.

We then can expect the two superstars to start their feud on the episode of SmackDown just after the WWE Crown Jewel PPV.
