Mickie James and Alicia Fox

A fan's camera captured a moment that was not aired on TV. Alicia Fox came out to the stage first. She waved to the fans to greet them. Moments later, Mickie James followed. It seemed incidental that James stood behind Fox. They did not seem to notice each other at first. When they did, both jumped up and down in joy then hugged tight.
The two former champions took their time to catch up before Vince McMahon made his way to the stage to address the WWE Universe.
