WWE were going to do this once when Vince McMahon was blown up in a limousine. However, they quickly ended the angle as it wouldn't have been tasteful following the deaths of Chris Benoit and his wife and child.

But maybe it's time to revisit this storyline because something like Vince McMahon's death would entirely shake up the very fabric of WWE and might just be enough to create a bigger buzz and storyline than AEW signing Daniel Bryan and CM Punk.

Currently, many fans are aware of Vince McMahon's vice-like grip over everything that happens in WWE, but if you were to remove him from the picture, storyline-wise, they might be willing to look at things differently.

When in doubt, get Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson to appear. He's certainly the biggest star WWE has ever produced thanks to his film work away from the squared circle.

But in all seriousness, it does seem that WWE's end goal with Roman Reigns' current head of the table storyline is for him to face his relative The Rock in a massive marquee match.

Bringing The Rock back would not only help build towards this match, but having him around as long as possible will go some way to convincing people to keep an eye on WWE rather than AEW with Daniel Bryan and CM Punk.
