#2. WWE gets another celebrity ringer like Bad Bunny
Bad Bunny's prolonged involvement with WWE was a resounding success. He didn't just appear for one day, do something minor and then leave. He joined WWE for several weeks, trained really hard and almost stole the show at this year's WrestleMania.
If WWE can find another celebrity like Bad Bunny, the more famous the better obviously, and have them stick around and work as a wrestler, like Bunny did, then they might go some way to drawing casual viewers away from AEW and towards them.

In a similar vein, WWE could pay Marvel for the rights to use one or two of their superhero characters in the ring. So we might see someone wrestling as Spider-Man for several months in WWE.
#1. WWE could join in with other promotions - truly smashing open the forbidden door
The age-old adage goes 'if you can't beat them, join them' and that's something WWE might feel it wants to truly consider in order to remain relevant in the ever-changing wrestling landscape.
Currently Ring of Honor, National Wrestling Alliance, IMPACT Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling and All Alite Wrestling all seem to be sharing talent with each other, which has created a lot of buzz and will continue a lot of buzz.
WWE could decide that it really wants to be a part of that and have its wrestlers able to wrestle against the wrestlers from other promotions. They could do Daniel Bryan Vs Roman Reigns or John Cena Vs CM Punk again, but in partnership with AEW and not against them. Everyone might win then.
