#2 Use cliffhangers
There's nothing like a good cliff hanger!
Maybe it's a surprise swerve that fans didn't seem coming, or maybe it's an out of nowhere injury angle, but the company needs to start implementing storylines that feature some kind of cliff hanger to keep fans glued to their screens. Beyond that, they need to do it in a way that is organic and won't look forced at all.

For example, what if Roman Reigns finally turned heel on Seth Rollins one night? Not only would the entire WWE Universe be completely stunned by the move, but they would also probably be very anxious to see what happens next. So interested, that they will tune in next week to actually see how it plays out!
How WWE implements this measure is up to them, but one has to admit that leaving fans on cliffhangers would be a great way to get them watching. It's also something that can be built upon and can maybe lead to a huge payoff down the line.
