#2 Dirty win for Reigns/McIntyre

Roman Reigns had a clean win against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 35

Even though the result of the match between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania was expected – with Roman Reigns winning cleanly – the fact of the matter is that Reigns didn’t need the win as much as McIntyre needed it.

A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE

By making McIntyre lose cleanly, not only WWE displayed Roman’s superiority, but they also might have shoved McIntyre down the pecking order as a commendable heel.

Ever since his return to the main roster, the Scottish Psychopath has been an unstoppable force and not making him win or lose via illegal means just undermines all the good character work he has done over the past few months.

In terms of logic, also, this booking was questionable. Roman just returned after recovery from leukemia and fought against one of the best heels in the company. Yes, he might be a face and perhaps a win for him made sense in that aspect but at the very least, it should have been a dirty win.
