With Wrestlemania just a couple of weeks away, this week's edition of Raw was very important for WWE

#4 Drew McIntyre vs Dean Ambrose (Last Man Standing Match)

Drew McIntyre convincingly beat Dean Ambrose in the last man standing match

Will it be a correct assertion that maybe, just maybe Drew McIntyre's main event push has actually started? Ever since the last match between the shield and Drew's buddies has taken place Drew seems to have taken things up a notch. He has attacked and beaten up pretty much all of the shield members. He beat up Roman Reigns two weeks ago and completely destroyed Dean Ambrose, then pinned Seth Rollins last week and this week he again got the upper hand on Roman Reigns and yet again convincingly beat Dean Ambrose in the last man standing match.

Even if we keep all that aside the quality of matches that Drew has been part of also show how good a wrestler he is and definitely deserves a run to the top. What remains to be seen is whether WWE will put all that on one side and yet again push their guy Roman Reigns during their match at WrestleMania or whether this is the changing of the guard and the road to the Universal Championship has begun for Drew McIntyre.
